High-Flow Nitrogen Hose & Fitting Kit for Race Car Air Jacks

The Demon Speed Motorsports Nitrogen Hose & Fitting Kit provides the high-pressure hose, fittings and quick disconnects needed to connect your nitrogen regulator to a race car air-jack lance.

Designed specifically for motorsports air-jack systems, the kit uses a 3/8″ high-flow hose and fitting system rather than smaller, more restrictive plumbing.

If you already have a suitable high-pressure nitrogen regulator and air-jack lance, this kit provides the components needed to connect them properly.

Why Demon Speed Uses a 3/8″ High-Flow System

Race car air jacks require more than pressure—they also require flow.

A regulator may show adequate pressure, but undersized hose and fittings can restrict the volume of nitrogen reaching the car. That restriction can result in slower air-jack operation, particularly when multiple jacks are extending simultaneously.

Demon Speed builds this system around a 3/8″ flow path, including the hose and primary fittings.

We intentionally use 3/8″ components rather than building a lower-cost system around smaller 1/4″ lines.

The larger flow path helps deliver the nitrogen volume required for fast, consistent air-jack operation.

Choose Your Hose

Choose between Demon Speed Motorsports or Continental high-pressure hose, available in either 25-foot or 50-foot lengths.

Demon Speed Motorsports Hose 

Our DSM-branded premium hose provides the quality, flexibility and pressure capability required for motorsports air-jack use while offering excellent value.

Continental Hose

For customers who prefer the Continental brand, we continue to offer Continental hose as an option.

Both hose choices are appropriate for this application. There is no meaningful performance advantage required for normal air-jack operation with one versus the other. The primary differences are brand preference and cost.

Choose Your Hose Length

25 ft – Ideal for most paddock, trailer and shop applications. Easy to handle and store while providing plenty of working range.

50 ft – Provides additional reach when the nitrogen bottle needs to remain farther from the car or when working around larger trailers and shop spaces.

Select Your Air-Lance Connection

Select the appropriate fitting configuration for the air-jack lance you are using:

Krontec – Used on Porsche 991 GT3 Cup, 992 GT3 Cup, GT4 Clubsport and other compatible race cars.

Staubli – Used on Porsche 997 GT3 Cup and other compatible air-jack systems.

Generic NPT – For custom or other air-jack systems using an NPT connection.

Selecting your wand/lance type allows Demon Speed to supply the appropriate fittings for an easy connection to your existing equipment.

Quick Disconnect & System Purge

The kit incorporates quick-disconnect fittings so the air-jack lance can be easily removed from the hose for transport and safe storage.

A dedicated purge valve allows pressure trapped in the hose to be released before disconnecting or storing the system.

This is especially useful with a high-pressure air-jack setup, where substantial pressure can remain in the hose after the nitrogen bottle is shut off.

Optional Tire Inflation / Tool Adapter

Want to use the same nitrogen system for more than your air jacks?

Choose the optional 1/4″ adapter to provide a convenient connection for tire inflation or other compatible pneumatic equipment.

For tire or tool use, turn the regulator down to approximately 120 PSI or the pressure appropriate for the equipment being connected, then attach the accessory through the 1/4″ connection.

This allows one nitrogen bottle and regulator to support:

• High-pressure race car air jacks
• Nitrogen tire inflation
• Tire-pressure adjustment
• Compatible pneumatic tools and accessories

The primary air-jack system remains 3/8″ high-flow, while the 1/4″ connection provides a convenient accessory outlet where the additional flow capacity is not required.
