Everything you need to operate your race car’s pneumatic air-jack system—just add a nitrogen bottle.

The Demon Speed Motorsports Air Jack Nitrogen Hose Kit is a complete high-pressure system designed for Porsche GT3 Cup, Porsche GT4 Clubsport and other race cars equipped with pneumatic air jacks.

Instead of sourcing a regulator, high-pressure hose, fittings, quick disconnects and the correct air lance separately, Demon Speed packages a complete system using components selected specifically for motorsports air-jack use.

At the heart of the system is the Harris / Lincoln Motorsports high-flow racing regulator, paired with your choice of Demon Speed or Continental high-pressure hose and the appropriate Staubli or Krontec air lance.

Why Demon Speed Uses a 3/8″ High-Flow System

Not all air-jack nitrogen systems are built the same.

An air-jack system doesn’t just need pressure—it needs flow. Restrictive regulators, small hoses and undersized fittings can limit how quickly nitrogen reaches the car, resulting in slower air-jack operation even when the regulator shows adequate pressure.

Demon Speed builds our system around a 3/8-inch high-flow design, including the regulator, hose and primary flow-path fittings.

We intentionally chose 3/8″ components rather than building a lower-cost system around smaller 1/4″ plumbing.

The larger flow path helps deliver the volume of nitrogen required by multiple air jacks operating simultaneously, allowing the car to rise quickly and consistently.

Pressure Is Only Half the Equation

It is easy to compare nitrogen systems based only on regulator pressure. A regulator capable of producing the required PSI does not necessarily mean the complete system can deliver enough nitrogen volume at that pressure.

Every restriction in the system matters:

• Regulator flow capacity
• Hose inside diameter
• Fitting and adapter size
• Quick-disconnect flow capacity
• Air-lance flow capacity

A system is only as effective as its most restrictive components.

That’s why the Demon Speed kit is designed as a complete high-flow system, rather than simply assembling inexpensive components that happen to have a sufficient pressure rating.

Choose Your High-Pressure Hose

The kit is available with either Demon Speed Motorsports or Continental high-pressure hose, in your choice of 25-foot or 50-foot length.

Demon Speed Motorsports Hose – Recommended

Our DSM-branded premium high-pressure hose is our standard choice for this system. It provides the quality, flexibility and pressure capability required for motorsports air-jack use while offering an excellent value.

Continental Hose

For customers who prefer the Continental brand, we continue to offer Continental high-pressure hose as an option.

Both hose options are well suited for this application. There is no functional advantage required for normal air-jack operation with one hose versus the other—the choice primarily comes down to brand preference and cost.

Choose Your Hose Length

25 ft – Ideal for most paddock, trailer and shop setups. Provides plenty of working range while remaining compact and easy to store.

50 ft – Provides additional reach when the nitrogen bottle needs to remain farther from the car or when working around larger trailers and shop spaces.

Staubli Lance

Correct connection for the Porsche 997 GT3 Cup air-jack system.

Krontec Lance

Correct connection for Porsche 991 GT3 Cup, Porsche 992 GT3 Cup and Porsche GT4 Clubsport air-jack systems.

Krontec lance options include:

Optional Swivel

An optional swivel connection allows the hose and lance to move more naturally while connected to the car.

This helps keep the hose closer to the vehicle rather than extending outward where it can become a trip hazard or be accidentally struck.

The swivel also makes connecting, positioning and disconnecting the air lance easier.

Air Jacks + Nitrogen Tire Service

The high-flow regulator included with the system provides the pressure and flow required for pneumatic race-car air jacks and can also be used for nitrogen tire inflation and pressure adjustment with the appropriate tire hose and inflator.

This allows one nitrogen bottle and regulator to support both air-jack operation and trackside tire service.

Nitrogen Bottle Recommendation

For a portable race-car air-jack setup, Demon Speed recommends the Airgas NI125 nitrogen bottle.

The NI125 provides a good balance between capacity and portability and can typically provide more than 30 air-jack lifts under normal conditions.

It is also the larger of the commonly available Airgas nitrogen bottles that fits the Demon Speed Nitrogen Bottle Cart.
