These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Demon Speed Motorsports website and all purchases made through the website. By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any products purchased from Demon Speed Motorsports, LLC (“Demon Speed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Orders may be canceled due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, export restrictions, carrier limitations, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Many products sold by Demon Speed Motorsports are intended for racing, competition, off-road, or specialized vehicle applications.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify fitment, specifications, legality, and suitability before purchasing, installing, or using any product.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the product received.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other carriers selected by Demon Speed Motorsports.
Shipping methods are selected based upon customer preference, package size, destination, carrier availability, and service requirements.
Stocked items typically ship within one business day of order receipt. Certain products may require additional processing time, special ordering, manufacturing lead time, or supplier fulfillment.
If an item is unavailable, the customer will be notified and provided available options, including waiting for replenishment, substitution when available, or cancellation.
Shipping charges are calculated based on carrier rates, package dimensions, destination, insurance requirements, and handling costs.
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Demon Speed Motorsports.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, tariffs, and other government-imposed charges.
Customs regulations vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that purchased products may legally be imported into the destination country.
Demon Speed Motorsports is not responsible for customs delays, customs seizures, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by foreign governments.
RETURNS
All returns require prior approval from Demon Speed Motorsports and must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).
Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receipt of product.
Returned products must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging when applicable
• Include a copy of the invoice or packing slip
Stocked products returned for reasons other than our error may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%).
Special-order products, custom products, non-stock products, electrical items, and products manufactured to customer specifications may not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
WARRANTIES
Motorsports activities involve substantial risk of personal injury, death, and property damage.
The purchaser and user acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume all responsibility associated with the purchase, installation, maintenance, and use of products sold by Demon Speed Motorsports.
All products are sold “AS IS” unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demon Speed Motorsports disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to:
• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Implied warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade
Certain products sold by Demon Speed Motorsports may be covered by warranties provided by the original manufacturer. Any such warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer and not by Demon Speed Motorsports.
Demon Speed Motorsports makes no independent warranty beyond those expressly stated in writing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The purchaser and user are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for its intended application.
Products should be inspected prior to installation and before each use.
Improper installation, misuse, modification, racing incidents, impacts, abuse, neglect, or failure to properly inspect and maintain products may result in equipment failure, property damage, serious injury, or death.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demon Speed Motorsports shall not be liable for any:
• Direct damages
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Special damages
• Punitive damages
Including but not limited to:
• Property damage
• Vehicle damage
• Loss of profits
• Loss of use
• Racing incidents
• Personal injury
• Death
The sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser shall be repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product at Demon Speed Motorsports’ discretion.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Technical information, specifications, diagrams, photographs, instructions, fitment data, and recommendations are provided as a convenience only.
Demon Speed Motorsports assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in technical information provided on the website, in printed materials, or through customer communications.
Customers are responsible for independently verifying all specifications before installation or use.
PRIVACY
Use of this website is also governed by the Demon Speed Motorsports Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
