High-Strength Caliper Puck Replacements for Porsche Track & Street Use

Caliper piston pucks are a critical part of your Porsche braking system. Acting as a thermal barrier between the brake pad and brake fluid, they reduce heat transfer and help maintain consistent braking performance. Unfortunately, the OEM ceramic pucks found in many Porsche models can become brittle and crack after repeated track heat cycles.

Demon Speed Caliper Pucks are engineered as a durable, high-strength replacement. Manufactured from the same proven material used in our 996 and 997 GT3 Cup caliper pucks, these deliver similar thermal insulation to the OEM ceramics—without the fragility. Tested both on the street and in demanding track conditions, they’ve proven to provide reliable performance and longevity.

Puck replacements are sold as a set. One set services one caliper.

Now also available in Grade 6 Titanium. 

Optional titanium screws are now available. The screw used to secure the puck can act as a heat pipe, transferring heat to the brake fluid. Titanium screws help to slow down that heat transfer.
